I have known Diane professionally for six years and through three transactions. I have worked with probably a dozen realtors in the course of my life. Diane is one of my two favorites (fortunately the two are 2,000 miles apart so I have never had to choose between them!). Diane is a no nonsense, straight shooter. I feel like I have always been able to trust her and that is not something I do lightly. I have always felt that Diane knows her boundaries and who she is representing. Working with Luisa was a pleasure. This was our first home purchase and she was informative and supportive the entire way. When we had to go with a second lender because of a technicality, Luisa was quick to work with the seller to readjust the time frame for the purchase without upsetting anyone.
